hihingi po sana ako ng advice to those people na my legal knowledge about family Law. kasal po ang parents ko they got married 1983 then my dad sent us to my moms parents so he can look for a job then he met this lady and he married her too that was 1984 till then he was with his second wife. Gusto ko lng sana malaman kung may rights ba ang mom ko sa earnings ng father ko kahit di na sila ngsasama for many years na. If your parents are legally married without a prenuptial agreement, then all properties acquired after the marriage are owned equally by both even if they have been separated physically for many years. Your mother may file an action for her legal share of the properties owned by your father. That said, this is easier said than done.
